Ziva David is back on NCIS Season 17 Episode 1, and that can only mean one thing:

Picking up right where NCIS Season 16 Episode 24 left off, Ziva quickly got Gibbs up to speed on what was going on.
As expected, this was not a visit to chat about the past.
Instead, Ziva's life was in mortal danger.
But what was she running from?
The pair did not get much time to chat about the past before the person hunting Ziva down arrived in the basement.
As such, Gibbs and Ziva went on the run, but was there a surprise appearance from someone else from NCIS past?
Meanwhile, Team NCIS grew concerned when Gibbs did not turn up for work.
Determined to find their boss before it was too late, they went to extreme measures.
