1. When they won $8 on 3x05 "The Box"
When Jess inspires Nick to make a lifestyle change he opens up his first checking account. Nick is clearly unhappy about the $8 processing fee, so she fights the banker and proves that no matter how ridiculous it may be, she supports him unconditionally.
2. When Nick threw Jess a surprise party on 3x13 "Birthday"
This wasn't just your average birthday party. Disappointed by Nick's lack of preparation, Jess went to the movies by herself only to discover that Nick had filled the entire theater with her friends. He played her a personalized birthday message on the big screen which brought Jess to tears.
3. When Jess dressed up as Elvis to support Nick on 2x20 "Chicago"
After the death of Nick's father, Jess does her best to help Nick and his family in any way she can. She took it upon herself to dress up as Elvis and perform a song in order to give Nick's dad the funeral he wanted.
4. When Nick wanted a weird wonferful life with Jess on 7x07 "The Curse of the Pirate Bride"
This entire sentence sums them up perfectly. Who wouldn't want a weird wonderful life like Nick and Jess'?
5. When they did the chicken dance on 1x03 "Wedding"
To make up for his earlier behavior, Nick takes Jess onto the dance floor to do her signature chicken dance. No matter how crazy it may have looked, neither of them could keep the smiles off their faces.
6. When Nick's imperfect proposal is perfect on 7x06 "Mario"
It may not have gone as planned, but it was still a proposal to die for. Nick just wanted the whole thing to be perfect but Jess reassured him by saying, "Of course it's perfect. It's you and me. That's as perfect as it gets."
